Yoga Brunch Club
 

An energising Sunday morning of breath, movement and beautiful food.

We’ll begin by awakening the body with guided breathwork, before flowing through a feel-good yoga practice to build warmth, strength and ease. From there, we’ll gradually slow things down, easing into a longer, restorative close designed to help you fully unwind and deeply relax. After the final rest, the calm simply shifts to the table. Our post-yoga brunch is a relaxed, family-style gathering where movement meets mindful indulgence.

 

Expect nourishing, wholesome, comforting dishes and easy conversation in a warm, welcoming space.

Come as you are.  Leave refreshed, uplifted, connected and smiling.
