I've been teaching the lovely people in and around Dunfermline the power of taking time out for themselves for over 5 years now. 

My yoga journey started with injury and depression and yoga helped me to find some peace in a difficult time. 

I've experienced the powerful transformations the practice of yoga can deliver and I want to share that with you too.
